  • Gloo Mobile App: Videos in Conversations Prompt are now supported in messaging conversations.

⚙️ Fixes and Improvements

  • Rolling Series Order: When editing a Rolling Series, new and previous messages will display within the correct sequential timing order.

  • Emojis in Messages: Added the ability to insert emojis when sending a message.

  • Self-Assigning Conversations/Users: Users will no longer get notifications when assigning a conversation/user to themselves.

  • Reach Settings: Organizations may now unpause an Explorer Status as early as tomorrow. The maximum date of a Pause Status is 6 months.

  • Response Tips: Response Tips can no longer be inserted into conversations.

  • Series Effects: Fixed an issue with descriptions breaking if text is too long and more than one Effect is added to the Series.

  • User Data: Fixed issue with not being able to insert User Data or RCI links into message boxes.

  • Explorer Data: Expanded Outreach Partner data return for Explorers to now includes Address, City, and State.

  • Text Wrapping in Mobile Screens: Text now wraps correctly on mobile screens.

  • Add New Message Button: When a new series is created, the “Add New Message” button now fits on the page.

  • Profile Page Styling: Addressed styling issues for the Profile/Info page where text color and missing password form inputs.

  • Reach Settings: Fixed an issue where undefined properties in the Settings/Preferences crash the form.

  • Reach Settings: Removed Religious Views section from Reach Settings page.

  • Survey Save Button: Addressed an issue where the “Save” button wasn’t working for Opt-In Surveys.

  • Icon Updates: Fixed an issue where icons weren’t rendering correctly for breakpoints between Web and Mobile screen sizes.
