✨ What’s New

  • Unauthenticated Discover: Users can now browse through Discover without being logged in. However, will be prompted to Sign in when clicking on a piece of content that requires authentication.

  • Updated Imagery: Updated images on landing pages and cards with New Years content.

  • Discover is the New Home: Removed the existing home page in lieu of the Discover page.

  • Receiving MMS: Gloo App has long supported the ability for organizations to send MMS. This allows an organization using Gloo App to receive MMS.

  • Password Strength Meter: Implemented best practice for password strength requirements for account sign-ups and provide a strength meter for instant feedback to users.

⚙️ Fixes and Improvements

  • Automated Onboarding Flow: Resolved an issue where incorrect automation responses were causing confusion for new users during the onboarding process.

  • Inbox Load More: Some accounts were not displaying the “Load More” button when in the Engage inbox making it difficult to find messaging history.

  • Account Activation Error: Some users were unable to create accounts and were receiving errors.

  • Series Editing Performance: Some organizations that had over 300 messages in a series were experiencing significant load and performance issues when trying to manage their series.

  • Saved Filters: Ensure that saved filters are applied when loading the engage/people page when a user navigates back to the page.

  • Bulk CSV Upload: Some organizations were experiencing issues with CSV uploads. To help mitigate these issues, a limit has been placed on the amount of upload failures allowed in a 24 hour period.
