Add images, videos, and more to create meaningful, interactive emails that help your people stay connected and encouraged!

Creating a New Template 📧

  1. Navigate to the Email tab under Outbox, then click on Templates. Click Create New.

2. From the email editor, you can enter your Email subject at the top and on the right hand side, there are different content formats available.

Adding Content 📋

Adding content to your emails is super easy—just drag and drop! Simply choose the elements you’d like from the right-hand side and drop them into your message to bring it to life.

Dark Mode and Light Mode ☀️

Dark mode and light mode are different ways your screen can look, depending on what’s easier on your eyes or what you prefer!

  • Light mode shows dark text on a light background (usually white). It’s what most screens looked like by default for a long time—it feels bright, clean, and is often best in well-lit spaces.

  • Dark mode flips that, showing light text on a dark background (usually black or dark gray). It's easier on the eyes in low-light settings and can even help reduce eye strain for some people. Plus, some just like the sleek look!

Click on the sun icon to switch between a light and dark mode.
