Using a Coupon Code
Gloo+ occasionally offers discounts for first-time subscribers. These discounts may include percentage-based reductions on your first month's or year's subscription as well as seasonal or promotional codes.
Note: Discount availability and terms are subject to change, so always check the Gloo website or promotion emails for the latest details.
If you have been provided with a coupon code for Gloo+, you will be able to enter that code upon checkout. Always make sure that the code has been entered on the left side before you proceed with your purchase! When the code has been successfully entered, it will immediately adjust the price. If the price has not been adjusted, do not complete your purchase or you will be charged full price- please reach out to support if your code is not applying correctly.
Coupon Code FAQs
Does the coupon automatically apply, or do I have to add it myself?
Generally you will need to add the coupon code yourself by typing it into the box. If a code is automatically applied, you will see it listed in the box with the new price listed. If nothing appears there, you'll need to manually enter the code to get the price to change.
Who is eligible for a discount?
In most cases, only new users are eligible for discounts, not existing users.
Can I combine multiple discounts?
Do the discounts apply just once, or every month?
Most discounts apply only to the first payment. So a 20% discount used for an annual subscription takes 20% off the full year's payment. But a 20% discount used for a monthly subscription only takes 20% off the first month, and then when the subscription renews the following month, the payment will return to full price.
What happens after the discount period?
After the discount period, the subscription renews at the standard rate (e.g., $49/month or $499.80/year).
Can I use a discount code more than once?
Each discount code can only be used once per user.
Can I use the discount if the code has expired?
Expired codes cannot be reused. However, alternative active codes may be available. Check for current promotions and apply the valid code during checkout.
