There are a few reasons your CSV file is not uploading. Check for these things:
If this is your first time trying to upload a CSV file, you'll need to go through a quick verification process first. Just click the blue Verify Your Account button and our team will process your request. This is a simple check Gloo put in place to safeguard against spammers.
Make sure to download the CSV template to use for your contacts.
Make sure your file type is a .csv and NOT a .xls, .xlsx, etc.
Make sure your column names have not changed from the original template.
Make sure that all column names still exist. Even if you are not using a certain column, don't delete it since the system will still look for it.
Make sure that all of your contacts have the Phone Number and First Name fields filled in. These are the only required fields- all others are optional.
