How to log into your Gloo account

Use our safe and secure one time password system

Signing into your Gloo account is easier than ever! Rather than attempting to remember a long and complicated password, we have instituted a new One Time Password Authentication system. This safe and secure system eliminates the need to remember a password, and the risk of your password being compromised, by sending a one time password to your email when you log into Gloo.

This new system also deactivates your old password, ensuring that previous credentials cannot be used to gain access to your account.

Note: For now, OTP Authentication applies when you access Gloo through a web or mobile web browser, or when using the new iOS mobile app on an Apple device. If you are using the mobile app on an Android device, you will still use your existing password to sign in. If this is your first time signing into the native mobile app, please contact support by sending us an email at support@gloo.us, and we can help you set up a password!

Additionally, to maintain the security of your account, ensure that your email account is secure. This includes using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your email against unauthorized access.

Google Accounts

If you sign in using your Google account, your Google credentials will also be used to log into Gloo.

  1. Navigate to https://app.gloo.us/ and click Continue with Google.

  2. Sign in through Google with your Google username and password like normal- no one time password required!

All Other Accounts

If you do not use Google to sign in, our secure One Time Password authentication system will generate a code you can use to sign in.

With this system, your previous password is automatically deactivated, and only the one-time code sent to your email can be used to authenticate.

  1. Navigate to https://app.gloo.us/ and enter the email address you used to set up your Gloo account and click Sign In.

  2. A one time code will be sent to your email. The email will come from noreply@gloo.us- if you do not receive it, make sure to check your spam folder!

    Note: In the future we will support receiving one time passwords through SMS message, but for the moment only email is available.

  3. Enter that code and click Submit to sign securely into your account. The code will be valid for 3 minutes after you receive it.

  4. Your session will last for 30 days. After 30 days when you try to log in again, you'll be prompted to repeat the process and get a new code.

Additional Tips for Securing Your Email

  • Use a strong and unique password for your email account.

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your email for additional protection.

  • Regularly review account activity to spot any unauthorized access attempts.
