If one of your contact's phone numbers changes and you need to update their contact info in Gloo Workspace, it's easy! You can update someone's phone number at any time in their profile. You will not lose any conversation history or profile information for that person in Gloo Workspace. However, it is important to remember that the next time you message them, it will come into a new thread on their phone, so make sure to remind them of your Gloo phone number and have them save it in their phone.
Head to People and click on the name of the person you'd like to update.
Click Edit Profile.
Next, click the Change button next to their current phone number.
Enter in the new phone number (just the 10-digit number is fine- no parenthesis, spaces, or dashes needed) and click Save. And that's it! The user's phone number has been updated in your Gloo Workspace account.
