At this time, your Gloo phone number is only set up for texting and cannot be used for voice calls. If anyone tries to call your Gloo phone number, they will be told that the number is not available for calling.
If you would like to set up call forwarding on your Gloo phone number, get in touch with our support team at support@gloo.us or by using the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen. Call forwarding will allow you to connect your Gloo phone number to another existing number, like your church's phone, so that anyone who calls your Gloo phone number will automatically be forwarded on to your church number.
