All of the features available under Messaging are fully customizable to serve your needs. But if you're looking for inspiration or some tried and tested methods, we also have plenty of templates available for Broadcasts! Be sure to check out our feature guides to learn how to use these features before exploring this article.
Broadcast Templates
Click on Discover, then click Marketplace and type Broadcast to search for Messaging Templates.
Instructions & tips on how to use the template are listed at the top - these will help guide you in crafting your message!
You can edit or change the text within the template to make it sound more personalized.
Important: Make sure to edit any of the [bracketed] content with your church or ministry details. Any content in {{curly brackets}}, however, is smart text that will be automatically filled in by the system.
Select the recipients you'd like the message to go to. Select whether you'd like to Send now or Schedule for later.
Click Preview Broadcast.
Review your broadcast details. When you're ready, click Send to X People and your message is scheduled to go out or is already on its way!
Note: You can find a history of your broadcasts and view/edit upcoming scheduled broadcasts in the Broadcasts tab of your account under your Messaging menu.
Saving Marketplace Content to Collections
For content you've purchased or interested in considering for later, you can create Collections under My Library to keep your content organized.
Click on Marketplace, search for the content you'd like to save to a Collection
To save content, click on the Ribbon icon in the lower right of the product card.
To create a collection, click New Collection
4. To access your saved content, click My Library
5. To delete a Collection, click on the 3 ellipsis, then click Delete Collection
