Do you have more than one campus for your ministry? Or more than one ministry using Gloo? Good news! With Subaccounts, you can have different phone numbers for different campuses or ministries for your church. This will help you efficiently manage multiple numbers with dedicated resources and analytics for each subaccount as well as provide separate inboxes, groups and users.

Subaccounts are available only through a Gloo+ Membership. With Gloo+, you can create up to 3 Subaccounts, and purchase additional ones if needed for $9.99 each per month.
Creating a Subaccount
When logged into your Gloo+ account, click on your profile icon in the bottom left, and go to Account Settings, then Subaccounts. Then select Add Subaccount.
Enter a name for your Subaccount and click Add Subaccount.
In order to get the toll free number for your subaccount quickly verified, we highly recommend including the full name of your church in the Subaccount, like in the screenshot below. If you enter too general of a name like "Westside Campus," or "Youth Ministry," there is a very high probability your toll free number verification will receive an error and have to be redone, delaying the timeline.
Once your Subaccount has been created, you can switch between your main account and Subaccount by clicking the account name in the bottom left side of your screen. You'll see a checkmark located next to the account you are currently in, to prevent any confusion.
Claiming a toll-free number on a Subaccount
Once you have created your Subaccount, the next step is to claim your toll-free number. Note that you will not have to complete the identity verification step that was required on your main account- your account is automatically verified in our system without having to submit an ID!
Note: When claiming a toll-free number, be sure to enter accurate information for all required fields - your toll-free verification will be delayed if incorrect information is provided. Click here to learn more about best practices for this process.

For verification purposes, we highly recommend that you include your organization's name in the subaccount name (I.e. "Faith Fellowship- Youth Group" rather than just "Youth Group").

Once your toll-free number for that subaccount has been verified, you can update the name at any time under your Account Settings!
When you sign into your Subaccount, go to the Communications tab and click Claim your free number.
Fill out all required fields and then click Submit for verification.
Once you have claimed your toll-free number, your verification status will reflect as Submitted. Once the phone number is verified & available to use, you will then see a green dot next to your number.
Note: If you see any color besides blue or green by your number, this means that there was a problem with the information you submitted. Please reach out to us through the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen so we can help you correct the information and resubmit the number for verification.
Subaccount FAQs
Can I convert an existing account into a Subaccount?
You will not be able to do this on your own, but if you reach out to our team through the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen we are happy to help you with this!
Can I use the same phone number on my main account and my Subaccounts?
No, each account must have its own unique phone number.
Can I transfer contacts between my main account and Subaccounts?
Contacts cannot be transferred from one account to another in Gloo. Each Subaccount requires its own separate set of contacts. If you wish to replicate contacts across Subaccounts, they must be re-added manually or through CSV/integration.
Do Subaccounts get an additional 15,000 monthly messaging credits?
No, Subaccounts do not each get their own credits. All 15,000 credits are shared between the main account and any Subaccounts, so that spending credits on one account is reflected on them all.
Subaccount limits and additional purchases
Each Gloo+ account is able to create 3 Subaccounts. Your current usage is shown on the Subaccounts tab in your main account.
However, you can always purchase more Subaccounts if you choose! To purchase additional Subaccounts, head over to your Subscriptions tab and click the +$9.99/month button next to Subaccounts.
Choose how many Subaccounts you'd like to purchase and click Buy.
These Subaccounts will be added to your monthly subscription and will bill at the same time as Gloo+. If you'd like to cancel them at any point, simply return to your Subscriptions page to cancel.
