Here are a couple of reasons why your prayer request might not be getting captured by Gloo Workspace, and some helpful tips to make sure your prayer request gets captured!
Check your spelling. If words like pray or prayer are misspelled, the system may not recognize them.
Be clear in your wording. Try starting with phrases such as “I have a prayer request” or “I need prayer.”
Use prayer-related words. Common triggers include: pray, prayer, prayer request, pray for me, etc.
Know what happens if it isn’t clear. If your message doesn’t specifically mention prayer, it may go into the Needs Response Conversation Status instead of Needs Prayer.
By keeping their wording simple and direct, contacts will help ensure their prayer requests get to the right place so someone can lift them up in prayer!
