Under the people section, you will click People. From here, you can click on a user's name to be taken to their Profile page. Here, you'll be able to see all of the prayer requests they have sent in, and any workflows they have triggered!
You can also go directly to a person's entire message thread by clicking the chat bubble in the top left.
Note: Clicking on the chat bubble will only take you to a person's message thread if they have responded to or messaged your Gloo number! Contacts will not show up in your inbox until they do so.
