Under the People tab, you will find a list of all of the contacts in your account. From here, you can click on a contact's name to be taken to their Profile page. Here, you'll be able to see a full log of their activity- all of the prayer requests they have sent in, any workflows they have triggered, any groups they've been added to or removed from, and more!
You can also go directly to a person's entire text message thread by clicking the chat bubble in the top left. Text messages are never deleted from Gloo Workspace (unless you fully delete the contact), and will always be visible to Team Members who have the appropriate permissions to view them.
Note: Clicking on the chat bubble will only take you to a person's message thread if they have responded to or messaged your Gloo number! Contacts will not show up in your inbox until they do so, so if this takes you to a blank page, it means that no text messages have been sent yet.
