Great news! You can use your Gloo account to send images and videos via text! Gloo phone numbers are are to send images and videos, but at this time they are not able to receive images or videos. Note that at this point Gloo does not support sending or receiving moving gifs.

How do I add an image into a text message?

  1. Type out any text you want to include and click the Upload Image icon.

  2. Select Browse to find the image you want to include. Supported file types include .jpeg, .gif, .bpm and .png, and the maximum size is 525 kB. If the file is too large, the system will require you to crop your image.

    Note: Normal images with a .gif file type are supported, but moving/animated GIFs that often appear online are not supported at this time.

  3. Resize accordingly and click Crop. If your image doesn't need to be cropped, just click Skip to upload.

  4. Review the message and continue sending as usual!

How do I add a video into a text message?

  1. Type out any text you want to include and click the Upload Video icon.

  2. Select Browse to find the video you want to include. The maximum size for a video upload is 500MB.

  3. Once the video has been uploaded, it will show up in your message with a preview and a shortened link. Users who receive the video can click the link to view the video.
