If you’re having trouble logging into your Gloo account, first make sure that the email and password you use to sign into your account have no spelling errors. If you’re still unable to log in, follow these steps to reset your password.
After you’ve ensured that the email connected to your account is correct, click “Forgot Password?” just above the Log In button. You’ll then see a small box pop us at the bottom saying “Password Reset Sent”.
You should soon receive an email to the account you entered prompting you to change your password.
Note: You only have 24 hours to reset your password from that email, so be sure to change it as soon as you receive it.
If you’re still unable to log in, or never received the email to change your password, do not create a new account. This can cause several technical issues due to duplicate data on our end. Instead, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you further!
