Learn about shipping and tracking your Marketplace orders

All physical products currently available in the Gloo Marketplace are currently fulfilled by Outreach. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to contact us by email at support@gloo.us and we are happy to help.

Shipping & Handling Charges

For physical products in the Gloo Marketplace, shipping and handling charges for U.S. addresses are based on the following:

  • The delivery option you choose

  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items

  • Where your package is being delivered: Residential or Commercial

When placing an order, you can select your shipping option during checkout and receive an estimated cost. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you place your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number via email. Simply use this tracking number to stay updated on your shipment's journey. Should you face any issues with tracking your order, or if the tracking number isn't active within 24 hours of shipping, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you. Just reach out to us at support@gloo.us.

Free Shipping

Free ground shipping within the continental United States only - not valid for Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories. Subtotal of order must be over $79 for free shipping offer to apply. Orders with expedited shipping will be charged using normal express shipping fees.
