Managing your Gloo+ membership is a breeze and guarantees seamless access to your Gloo account. Allow us to walk you through the simple steps of updating your membership type, modifying payment information, and canceling your membership.
Note: Only the team member in your account who purchased Gloo+ will have access to managing your subscription. If you'd like to update the purchaser's email, send us an email at support@gloo.us and we'd be happy to get that changed for you!
Updating Your Payment Information
Whether you need to update your credit card information, add a new card, or set a different payment as your default, you can easily do so under the convenient Subscriptions tab!
Head to your Profile Icon and click Subscriptions.
Click Manage Account.
When you're viewing your payment details, you'll only see the initial card you upgraded with. To change your card, you must first add your new card number by clicking Add Payment Method.
Add all required information then click Add. If you'd like to have that card as your default payment method, make sure to check that option before adding.
Feel free to remove the old card on file if you no longer want it attached to your membership!
Canceling Your Gloo+ Membership
As a valued Gloo+ member, you have the option of canceling your membership at any time! You can read more about our policies here, but in general Gloo subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your benefits until the end of your billing period, but the subscription will not be automatically renewed.

Head to your Subscriptions tab by clicking your profile icon, and click Cancel Subscription.
You'll then be directed to your subscription management page where you'll be prompted to confirm your cancelation.
You're all set! Your Gloo+ membership will not renew. However, the benefits of your subscription will continue to be available to you until your billing period has ended.
Renewing Your Membership
If you change your mind down the line and decide that you'd like to in fact keep your Gloo+ membership, renewing is quick and easy!
Head to your Subscriptions tab by clicking your profile icon, and click Manage Account.
Click Renew Subscription.
Confirm that you'd like to renew your subscription.
Once you've confirmed, your Gloo+ membership will automatically renew at the end of your billing period!
Switching Your Membership Type
One of the great features of Gloo+ is the ease of switching from a monthly membership to an annual membership with just a few clicks!
You'll first need to navigate to your Subscriptions tab to view your current subscription.
On the right, click the option to switch your monthly membership to annual.
3. Confirm that you'd like to switch your subscription by clicking Switch now.
4. It's just that easy! Your subscription will be updated with a pro-rated total based on the time remaining on your current monthly subscription. With a pro-rated total, you'll only be charged for the portion of the annual plan that you haven't already paid for with your current monthly membership. This means that if you've already used part of your month, you'll only be charged for the remaining days of the year at the annual rate!
