FAQs ❓

Why did I get two charges or credits this month?

  • We consolidated your subscriptions under one billing date. You may see a one-time proration or credit.

Why did my credits refresh twice?

  • During the transition, we gave all Gloo+ users an extra refresh on November 3rd to make sure no one lost credits.

Why is my PowerPack payment delayed?

  • Your organization pays via ACH. ACH takes 2–3 days to clear — credits will unlock once the payment posts.

Can I switch from ACH to credit card?

  • Yes! Add a card during checkout for instant PowerPack credits. It will become your default payment method going forward.
