Why did I get two charges or credits this month?
We consolidated your subscriptions under one billing date. You may see a one-time proration or credit.
Why did my credits refresh twice?
During the transition, we gave all Gloo+ users an extra refresh on November 3rd to make sure no one lost credits.
Why is my PowerPack payment delayed?
Your organization pays via ACH. ACH takes 2–3 days to clear — credits will unlock once the payment posts.
Can I switch from ACH to credit card?
Yes! Add a card during checkout for instant PowerPack credits. It will become your default payment method going forward.
