All you need to know about canceling your Gloo account.

Account Cancellation

We have no contracts, so you can fully cancel your Gloo account at any time. To cancel an account, please reach out through the in-app chat button or email our support team at support@gloo.us.

If you decide to restart an account with Gloo, our team will try to find your same phone number. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to reacquire the same phone number.

Canceling Your Gloo+ Membership

Gloo+ members have the option of canceling their membership at any time! You can read more about our policies here, but in general Gloo subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your benefits until the end of your billing period, but the subscription will not be automatically renewed.

  1. Head to your Subscriptions tab by clicking Discover -> My Library -> Subscriptions -> Cancel Subscription.

  2. You'll then be directed to your subscription management page where you'll be prompted to confirm your cancelation.

  3. You're all set! Your Gloo+ membership will not renew. However, the benefits of your subscription will continue to be available to you until your billing period has ended.
