Gloo Workspace's Prayer feature uses natural language processing to understand incoming prayer requests. Unfortunately this is not available in Spanish, meaning only English words will trigger this feature.

The Gloo interface is also not available in Spanish. All features, descriptions, and instructions in your Gloo dashboard are only available in English.

Any message that is configured by a Gloo Team Member (like Broadcasts and Workflows) can be used in Spanish today. An administrator can simply craft any message in Spanish and send it out.

You can also change the default language for the auto responses sent out by Gloo to Spanish in your account settings. Hover over your initials in the lower left corner and click Account Settings and click on the Organization tab then scroll to Default Language to update your language. Click Save Changes at the top of the page to save the setting.

If you'd like to test the Spanish responses, You can use the Texting Simulator to see what a recipient receives.

Although a text in Spanish will not trigger the Prayer response, when an account is set to Spanish the auto response to someone's request is in Spanish.
