Currently, most Gloo and Gloo+ features are only available in the US and Canada. This includes all of the features available under the Communications tab, the New Movers Program, and certain pieces of Discover. However, many of the resources under the Discover and Insights tabs are available anywhere in the world.
If you are creating an account for a Canadian location, in order to claim a phone number you will need to enter an address. Please enter a US address that is closest to your location in Canada (Canadian locations are not available in our automated account creation flow).
**Note** - Due to some federal regulations, we are currently experiencing some delays with registering phone numbers for Canadian users. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If you are having trouble claiming a phone number for a Canadian location, please contact support by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen for more information.
If you would like to create a Gloo+ account for an international location outside of the US or Canada, we unfortunately cannot support you at this time. If we are able to support additional locations in the future, an update will be posted.
