Church Management System and CRM Integrations are the simplest way to quickly populate your Gloo account with people.
Gloo integrates with HubSpot, Planning Center, Church Community Builder, Rock RMS, and Salesforce. If you are interested in another integration, contact our team.
How do I set up a HubSpot integration?
Find the HubSpot integration under your Engage menu by navigating to Settings -> Integrations. Click Connect to start the integration.
Verify you have permission to text the numbers you will be importing. Then click Connect.
You will be redirected to sign into/choose your HubSpot account.
Note: Our HubSpot app is in the process of being verified by HubSpot, in the meantime you will need to approve the connection. Scroll to the bottom of the verification page and click Connect app.
Once the integration is connected you will need to specify how you would like your people to be synced. Select if you want to sync all people from HubSpot, or if you only want certain groups to be integrated.
Note: Any customer in HubSpot you would like to be synced will need a phone number, any customers without phone numbers will not be synced.
Choose whether or not you would like new people in Gloo to be added to HubSpot.
To finish setting up and run your integration, click Save Integration Settings. Gloo will automatically sync your integration every night.
Any groups you bring over from HubSpot will automatically be created as groups in Gloo. You can view the people in each list under the Groups page by going to your Engage menu and navigating to My People -> Groups. Any adding/removing people from HubSpot lists needs to be done through Hubspot, not Gloo.
Editing or Removing your Integration
You can edit your integration settings or remove your integration at any point by clicking the three dots next to the HubSpot integration and choosing whichever option you need.
You can manually sync your integration by clicking Sync Now on the same page.
