Managing your Barna Access Plus account

Manage your Barna Access Plus account settings and billing information

If you have a premium Gloo account created before April 10, 2024, you will have one free seat included in your account. Similarly, all Gloo+ members are entitled to 3 free months of Barna Access Plus with one seat. To activate, just go to your Gloo+ Benefits page and scroll down to the Exclusive Offers!

How to update your payment information

  1. From your Barna homepage, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, followed by Plan & Billing.

  2. On the Plan & Billing page, you can see what plan you’re currently subscribed to, how much the plan costs, and when your next bill is due. To change your billing information, click Manage Billing.

  3. On the Manage Billing page, you’ll once again see what plan you’re on, when your next bill is due, and what credit card is on file to pay your next invoice.

  4. To update your payment method, first click Add Payment Method. Once your new payment method has been added, you can delete your old payment method.

  5. You can also update any necessary billing information, including your email and your billing address from this page. Simply click Update Information to make any changes. Remember to press Save before you exit the screen.

How to view invoices

  1. From your Barna homepage, navigate to Plan & Billing.

  2. On the Plans & Billing page, click Manage Billing.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page, and you will see your Invoices listed in order of most recent. You can use the Search Function to sift through the invoices as needed.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. From your Barna homepage, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, followed by Account Settings.

  2. On the Plans & Billing page, click Manage Billing.

  3. On the top left of the Billing page, click Cancel Subscription.

  4. You will be prompted to Confirm Cancellation. Once your subscription is canceled, you can still utilize Access until your next billing date.
