How to make a purchase in Gloo's Marketplace

As the result of some exciting new partnerships, you can now find find digital products available right in the Discover tab of your Gloo account for teaching pastors, kid's ministry leaders, worship leaders, and more!

  1. Find these new products by navigating to the Discover tab and clicking on the Marketplace.

  2. You'll be able to view featured products (1), as well as an entire store (2) to find the products you're interested in.

  3. Once you've found the product you're interested in, click on it to learn more. You'll be able to view what the product contains and how much it costs, as well as see some previews of the images and/or videos you'll be purchasing.

  4. Once you're sure you'd like to buy the product, click Add to Cart.

  5. The item will automatically show up in your cart, which you can view in the upper right corner or your screen.

  6. You can view your cart and add as many items as you'd like. When you're ready, click Proceed to Checkout.

  7. Enter your payment information and billing address.

  8. Your purchase will be associated with whichever organization is currently listed in the Account box. If you are an admin of multiple organizations in Gloo, make sure to select the correct one. If you are an admin of only one organization in Gloo, there is no need to update this box.

    Note: In the future, all team members in your organization will be able to see and access your downloads. At the moment, however, only the team member who purchased the product will have access to it.

  9. To finalize your purchase, click Pay Now.

  10. You will receive an order confirmation in the following window, as well as an email confirmation of your order.
