Currently, most Gloo features are only available in the US and Canada. However, there are a few exceptions.
The texting features available under the Messaging menu are only available in the US and Canada.
Interacting with Explorers as part of a Premium account is only available in the US (including Puerto Rico).
Some of the resources under the Discover menu are simple links and downloads that are available anywhere in the world. Other resources under that same menu that take advantage of Gloo's texting tools are only available in the US and Canada.
If you are creating a free account for a Canadian location, in order to claim a phone number you will need to enter an address. Please enter a US address that is closest to your location in Canada (Canadian locations are not available in our automated account creation flow).
**Note** - Due to some federal regulations, we are currently not able to register phone numbers for Canadian users. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If you are having trouble claiming a phone number for a Canadian location, please reach out to us at support@gloo.us for more information.
If you would like to create a premium account for an international location outside of the US (including Canada), we unfortunately cannot support you at this time. If we are able to support additional locations in the future, an update will be posted.
If you are creating an account for a US location, simply type in your zip code during the account creation flow- you'll be prompted later to add an address.
Note: We support EST, CDT, MST, PST, HST, and AKST Time Zones.
