Yes, the Gloo App supports MMS (Multimedia Messaging Services)! A single image or video can be attached to all messages to both explorers and congregants, including Broadcasts, Series, Keyword responses, Quick Responses, and Survey ending responses. You can also receive pictures and videos into your Gloo account.

When you want to add a picture to a message, just click Image icon below the message and follow the prompts.

  1. Click the Image icon.

  2. Drag and drop your image onto the screen, or browse your computer to find an image. Supported file types include .jpeg, .gif, .bpm and .png, and the maximum size is 525 KB. If the file is too large, the system will require you to crop your image.

  3. Crop the selected image.

  4. View your final product.

  5. The same process can be used to attach videos by clicking the Video button instead! Supported file types are .mov and .mp4, and the maximum file size is 500 MB.
