How do I add a Team Member?
Tap on Messaging in the bottom left, tap on your name at the bottom.
Tap on Team Members
Tap on Invite Members
Fill out the Team Member Information form including First Name, Last Name, Email and set their permissions.
Select the desired permission levels. If the Account Administrator toggle is turned on, the team member will have access to all features of your Gloo account. If you toggle this off, you'll be able to select any combination of individual permissions. Toggle to grant access to Gloo+ discounts - you can view all Gloo+ benefits here.
Tap on Invite User to send invite email to Team Member.
Note: Remember, invites expire after 30 days, but you can renew them if needed. If people do not see their invite, they should check their spam or inbox mailbox.
